What happened to the original etrade baby?  I liked him better…

By now, you’ve all heard and seen the photo of Phelps smoking out of a bong. For some strange absurd reason this is national news! Okay, so an Olympic athlete uses a drug! OH NO, THAT’S NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE! (that was sarcasm)

But before you rush to judge him, here’s a few of Micheal Phelps excuses for his smoking the reefer:

*He’s training for the X Games.
*Why NOT take advantage of that lung capacity, baby?
*He wants to endorse Doritos!
*He misses the sound of bubbling water when he’s away from the pool!

Of course, Phelps apologized immediately, and said it would never happen again! If there is a next time, maybe he’ll look and make sure there are NO cameras around! I just hope he’s not banned from the Olympics!

Overall the commercials during the Super Bowl this year were lacking!  I didn’t laugh out loud as much as I have in the past.  But here’s a few of my favorite Super Bowl commercials this year!

This next one isn’t funny, but it’s one of my top favorite Super Bowl commercials of 2009!
