“DECK MY RIDE” CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES
No purchase Necessary to enter.
MUST BE 18 years of age or older with Valid I.D. to register and win.
LIMIT one entry per day, per person, per family, per location.
Listeners can register starting at 9am Wednesday, December 10th, 2008 (12/10/08) through 12 Noon on Monday, December 22nd, 2008 (12/22/08) at participating sponsor locations.
Entries must be on an official entry form.
Entry form must be filled out in its entirety and legible, including first and last name, address, & telephone number.
Entries that are more than ONE-PER-DAY-PER-PERSON-PER-FAMILY-PER-LOCATION or not filled out completely will be disqualified.
(1) One Grand Prize Winner will be randomly drawn from all entries collected from participating locations on Tuesday, December 23rd and announced during The KKAJ and KTRX Morning Shows sometime after 9am. Winning Listener will have 12 minutes to call 580-226-7699 or 580-226-2277 to claim their prize. If listener does not call back- another name will be announced and the Grand Prize package will be awarded to an alternate winner.
Prize package is non-transferable.
Odds of winning vary greatly depending on the number of qualifiers.
Entrants must be United States citizens.
Employees of LKCM Radio Group and their families, LKCM Radio Group subsidiaries, affiliated companies, sponsors, and employees of other Oklahoma and Texas Radio Stations are ineligible to register and/or win.
The sponsors, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents, employees, partners, officers, directors, shareholders, attorneys, successors and assigns (herein referred to as “Related Parties”) assume no liability or responsibility for any prize once it is awarded, or any damage, loss or liability arising from the award, acceptance or use of the prize, and contest winners agree to release and hold harmless the related parties against any and all claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from the contest or prizes, the use of contest winner’s name, voice, photo, biographical information and/or likeness in connection therewith, and any personal injury (including death) to, or damage to property which may arise in connection with this contest, the prizes or their use.
Winner must present station representatives with a valid Picture I.D. before prizes will be awarded. If applicable, winner must fill out a w-9 form to receive a 1099 form at the end of the year & will be responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, or local taxes. Station representatives will notify winner when prizes, or certificates for prizes, should be picked up.
Winner will be responsible to schedule an installation date for the items included in the prize pack with Evolutions Car Audio. Installation of items included for most normal size vehicles. The Keyless start/entry system is available for Automatic Transmission vehicles only. Removal of old tint, old wiring or other excessive equipment is not included. Other vehicle restrictions may apply.
Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of LKCM Management and Evolutions Car Audio, which are final over all matters pertaining to the KKAJ & KTRX “Deck My Ride” Promotion.
